Mark your calendars for an evening filled with magic, entertainment, and community spirit at the Calabasas Country Club on Thursday, May 9th, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm – all in support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This year, we’re thrilled to announce that Joy Benedict from CBS/KCAL News will lead our live auction, bringing her passion and dedication to our cause.

Community Partner and Sponsorship Opportunities: Your Chance to Shine

Valley Village Prom 2024 Fundraiser offers a unique platform for businesses to showcase their commitment to making a difference. Our sponsorship packages are designed to provide valuable exposure while supporting a cause close to our hearts.

Community Partnerships:

• $7,500 – 2020’s: Dance the Night Away
• • 25 tickets, logo on event communications, recognition on donor wall, swag bag inclusion, and the opportunity to deliver the opening speech.
• $5,000 – 2010’s: Uptown Funk
  • 15 tickets, logo on event communications, recognition on donor wall, swag bag inclusion, and the chance to deliver the closing speech.
• $3,000 – 2000’s: Oops! I Did It Again
  • 10 tickets, logo on event communications, recognition on donor wall, and a feature article in the Valley Village Newsletter.
• $2,000 – 1990’s: Wanna Be
  • 8 tickets, logo on event communications, recognition on donor wall, and a feature article in the Valley Village Newsletter.
• $1,000 – 1980’s: I Wanna Dance With Somebody
  • 4 tickets, logo on event communications, and annual recognition as a donor.
• $500 – 1970’s: Last Dance
  • 2 tickets, logo on event communications.

• SOLD OUT – Centerpiece – $3,500
  • 8 tickets, logo on each centerpiece.
  • Opportunity to be the exclusive centerpiece sponsor with your brand on each centerpiece.

• Photo Booth – $2, 500
  • 6 tickets, logo at the photo booth.
  • Opportunity to be the exclusive photo booth sponsor.

• SOLD OUT – Dessert Bar – $1, 500
  • 4 tickets, logo at the dessert bar.
  • Opportunity to be the exclusive dessert bar sponsor.

• SOLD OUT – Champagne Toast – $1, 500 
  • 4 tickets, and a shoutout during the toast.
  • Opportunity to be the exclusive Champagne toast sponsor.
