What a great event. On Saturday, June 28 we Chilled and Grilled with our good friend Dennis Zine, Los Angeles City Councilman, Retired Who has been a staple at Valley Village since the millennium. He’s a Valley Village Emeritus Board Member, a strong supporter of ours, a generous contributor, and advocate for the rights of our clients. Early on, his most famous contribution was helping Valley Village with the purchase of the old McDonald’s building on our Fred Chapa Campus in Winnetka. He’s been at every event we’ve had as a steadfast cheerleader, auctioneer and comedian in his own right. We were thrilled he accepted our invitation to be honored.
Approximately 120 people attended the event at the Hidden Chateau in West Hills. Co-owners Michael Harris, David Spiegel and Jill Milligan generously waived all fees for us. The catering was provided by Calabasas Custom Catering at a super reduced rate. We cannot thank all of them enough. And our generous Board Members provided everything from cups to tongs.
